- Why 48 hours? That gives us time to confirm your plan is active and covers dental care, then review your benefits. If a spouse or parent holds your plan, enter their information as the subscriber, not yours.
- Seen sooner or the same day? If we do not have your forms 48 hours ahead, payment is collected at your visit and we still submit your claim to your insurance as a courtesy.
- Coming for a second opinion? Ask your previous office to send relevant X rays and notes ahead of your visit.
